Cluster Documentation

The cluster consists of 36 x86_64 quad-core and 32 x86_64 8-core machines. All worker nodes are connected via gigabit Ethernet and Infiniband interconnect. Primary storage is in the form of a 10TB EMC CX300 NAS and a 24TB Sunfire X4500. The operating system is Redhat Enterprise Linux 4. The batch-queue systems are Platform LSF and Torque.
